The Company was registered in the name of M/s Khatav Man Taluka Agro Processign Ltd. incorporated on 18th March, 2011 having registration identification No. as U01122PN2011PLC138910. The company has obtained Certificate of Commencement of business on 08/04/2011. The management, having a very progressive outlook, also realized the potential and the benefits of cogeneration in sugar mills for gaining an additional revenue source.
The registered office of the M/s KMTAPL is at B-52/3, Ganesh Chowk, Old MIDC. Satara, Maharashtra, 415004, and Maharashtra. The proposed site of plant is located at Gat No.-15, At post- Padal, Tal.-Khatav, Dist.- Satara, Maharashtra.

Mr. Prabhakar D. Gharge (Chairman)
He is in the field of cooperative banking for more than 20 years and now he is the Director of Satara DCC Bank Ltd. He is well known for experiments in agriculture & is chief promoter of plant. He is also in the real estate business and also set up Hotel Preeti Executive at Satara. He was Director of Pratapgad Sahakari Sakhar Karkhana Ltd. Dist. Satara. He has represented Satara and Sangli constituency as Member of Legislative Council through which is conversant with agriculture to processing of sugar cane.
Mr. Manoj B. Ghorpade (Co. Chairman)
After Completing graduation he entered into business of earthmoving equipment's. He owns earthmoving & sugarcane harvesting business under the name of Manoj Constructions for more than 12 years. He further entered into the field of EPC for road and civil work for wind power projects in Maharashtra, Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh.
Mr. Sangram B. Ghorpade (Managing Director)
He is CMD of ATLANTA Group. It is in Renewable Energy Sector mainly into the field of Wind & Solar energy & working as expert hand known for Third party sale & PPA with government Agencies, Dealerships for cutting tools, Industrial oils and Tractors. After completion of Degree in Production Engineering in 2000, he entered into business of cutting tool trading with dealership for Satara District with the name of Prajjwal Tool Point Enterprises which is looking after dealership for Satara, Sangli Kolhapur and Pune District. He also invested into Industrial oil business in the name of Hidrive Solutions. He took over a shaft manufacturing plant Priyanka Tools Manufacturing Pvt. Ltd, located at MIDC Satara, in year 2012 and established himself as a manufacturer for esteemed customers to name few as Crompton Greaves, Kirloskar and most reputed compressor companies and having latest technology CNC machines and skilled labor setup. He pioneered in wind power industry, as developer and C to C i.e. Concept to Completion with the name of Atlanta Power Pvt. Ltd. in year 2006 and established a brand name in the field of Wind Power projects. At present the projects are ongoing in Madhya Pradesh and Karnataka.
Ms. Priti P. Gharge (Director)
After completing graduation in engineering with specialization in Bioengineering. She did her post graduation at University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, UK for Masters in Business and Management. She worked as Purchase Manager at Cook and Indi’s World Buffet, Darnley, Glasgow (WB Group) a famous and successful buffet restaurant chain in Scotland. She returned to India and started looking after family managed business, as Project Manager at Hotel Preeti Executive and Nariman Tower, Satara , a three star hotel and a commercial complex.
Mr. Vikram H. Ghorpade (Director)
After completion of post graduation engineering in Structural Engineering with graduation in Civil engineering, he entered into the business of civil contracting with PWD, Irrigation and local bodies. Then with the help of Manoj Constructions, he started looking day to day activities on wind project sites. He upgraded himself like a backbone to Atlanta’s projects in Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra and Karnataka. With the firm name of Rajvaardhani Construction, he has branded himself. He is also fulltime partner in Atlanta Projects & Overseas Pvt. Ltd. & Duratech, firms involved in dealerships of Tractor and tool and industrial oil trading. Both the firms have marked their performance in Pune, Kolhapur, Sangli and Satara district. He also directed the group to farm equipments mainly Tractors with dealership from Sonalika Tractors, with the name of Atlanta Projects and Overseas Pvt. Ltd. This entity is responsible for sales and after sales services for Satara, Wai, Koregaon, Javli and Mahebaleshwar Taluka of Satara District.
Mr. Mahesh P. Gharge (Director)
Mr. Mahesh Gharge is the other founding promoter of the company, joined the company as a director in the year 2018. He is 28 years old and has completed his graduation in B.E. (Mechanical) from KBP College Satara . Simultaneously he is handling Construction accessories dealership and Petrol Pump site of PG Petroleum.
